Sean Xiang Yuqiu

Sean Xiang is the Founder and CEO of Hermitage Capital, a global technology private equity firm focused on investing in high growth technology companies.

He brings more than a decade of investment experience from Wall Street, including his previous career at JPMorgan Chase.

Since founding Hermitage Capital in 2017, he has built a portfolio spanning artificial intelligence, semiconductors, fintech, autonomous driving, energy technology and enterprise software.

His investment approach focuses on identifying high quality technology businesses and supporting them through long term growth and scale.

Under his leadership, Hermitage has invested across Asia, the US and Europe, with a particular focus on deep tech and hard tech opportunities.

The firm currently has more than 30 portfolio companies and has completed nine IPOs.

Sean is particularly focused on the next generation of AI, robotics and the broader technology ecosystem, including the infrastructure underpinning these emerging industries.
