Zac Xiao is the Co-Founder and CEO of Grace Energy, an Australian renewable energy company established with Jimmy E. Thomson III of the Crown family. Before founding Grace Energy, Zac developed extensive investment banking experience spanning energy-sector mergers, acquisitions and investments, as well as real estate and cross-border transactions. He previously served as CEO and Managing Partner of Celestial Group Australia. Today, he leads Grace Energy’s development of integrated solar, battery storage, energy management and virtual power plant solutions for industrial and logistics assets across the Asia-Pacific region.
