Wade Oosterman

Wade Oosterman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyden Inc., a private investment firm directing capital allocation across technology, real estate, and media assets. A recognized leader in the North American telecommunications sector, he brings over three decades of executive experience scaling multibillion dollar enterprises, driving corporate strategy, and leading expansive market growth. During his nearly twenty years in senior executive leadership at BCE Inc., he served as Vice Chairman of Bell Canada and President of Bell Media, Bell Mobility, and Bell Residential Services, overseeing operations for the largest communications company in Canada. As an entrepreneur and corporate operator, he cofounded Clearnet Communications, successfully scaling the wireless carrier through to a landmark $6.6 billion acquisition by TELUS. He subsequently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Officer at TELUS, driving significant commercial scale and national expansion. He provides extensive public company governance and strategic oversight as a board director for Stagwell, Telephone Data Systems and Calix, with past directorships at Ingram Micro and Virgin Mobile Canada. Leveraging his track record of building and managing market leading companies, he is currently finalizing his inaugural book on enterprise leadership and business strategy.
