Steve Bond is the President of NeoVolta Power LLC and the Executive Vice President of its parent company, NeoVolta Inc. (NASDAQ:NEOV). He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NeoVolta before transitioning into his current manufacturing-focused leadership role in May 2026.
Steve's background includes executive consulting for companies in finance, strategy, and revenue growth. He founded and grew his own regional CFO advisory firm for 7 years before joining NeoVolta, and he graduated summa cum laude in finance at San Diego State University.
Steve, who co-founded NeoVolta in 2018, is currently spearheading the company's expansion from residential energy storage into commercial, industrial, and utility-scale markets. In his capacity as President of NeoVolta Power, his primary mandate is to oversee the scaling of manufacturing operations at the company's new domestic battery facility in Georgia
